Jerry Reynolds
President & CEO, Lead Design Architect
Jerry is CEO and founder of Trinity Software. He brings over 25 years of software development expertise to our team. His background includes developing major corporate software applications for Fortune 500 companies, specializing in database driven applications. Introduced to software development for the direct sales industry over 16 years ago, Jerry was responsible for developing one of the first viable software products ever designed specifically to manage binary compensation plans. He is an expert in Microsoft technologies, languages, and platforms and brings his insistence on delivering quality software that works right, every time to the entire team with his leadership. He is the lead architect responsible for the design and implementation of the Firestorm MLM Software system. He and his team of dedicated software professionals have the capability and capacity to deliver what they promise, when they promise it.

Wayne Hinkle
Vice President, Sales & Support
Wayne Hinkle joined Trinity Software eight years ago and brings extensive Technical Support, Customer Service, Customer Training, Account Management and Project Management skills with him. Wayne left a career in the telecommunications industry with over 20 years experience at Nortel Networks. His education includes a 4 year technical degree in Electronics Technology with a minor in Data Processing. He has completed numerous corporate training courses in Technical Support, Project Management, Customer Relations and Facilities Planning. He has completed several popular corporate programs such as The Management Skills and Assessment Program and The Excellence by Continuous Improvement Curriculum. Wayne has quickly learned the MLM industry and sales/marketing skills to become an all-around asset to the Trinity Software corporate staff.

Bruce Arnett
Project Management and Process Engineering
Bruce has over 23 years of wide-ranging experience in the software industry. He is passionate about creating high quality software while focusing on understanding and continously improving both individual and team software development performance. His understanding of people and technology make him uniquely capable to lead teams in areas of software project planning, software process improvement, software design and implementation.  During his career, Bruce has served in a variety of roles, including: Software Developer, Development Team Leader, IT Operations Manager, Project Manager and Product Manager.

Chris Christian
Senior Support Engineer / Instructor
Chris brings over 10 years of experience in customer driven industries as sales and marketing management. He brings a new perspective to his customer service and support role with our team. Chris holds a BBA in Marketing and has completed coursework for a Master's degree in Music Theory. In addition Chris brings 7 years of teaching and training experience from an adjunct professorship on the colligate level. This valuable experience will combine to strengthen our support and training programs.

Cary Duell
Support Engineer
Cary  brings a stong practical experience to our support staff. He has an extensive background in supporting application software and hardware on the Microsoft Windows platform.  His practical approach to support brings rapid and accurate solutions to the  issues that he handles.

Mark Lindberg
Support Engineer
Mark has ten years of web development and database design experience. He has done everything from running a college computer pod to teaching Junior High to designing enterprise level web sites. Mark will bring his varied teaching and technical skills to our support and training departments.

Tyler Berrong
Support Engineer
Tyler has a strong backgroud in application support in both education and business, Tyler brings a solid work experience to our support department. He holds a BA in History from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an experienced historical writer-researcher. His technical background includes business networking and computer hardware.

(Associate) Heather Veitch
Firestorm Implementation Specialist / Web Developer
Heather's Web Development career began in 1985 which combined her love of graphic arts and technology. An entrepreneur since 1976 Heather also possesses a background in Business Management, Project Management, Customer Relations, Marketing and Communications. In addition to a private sector portfolio she specializes in online presences for the Network Marketing, Direct Sales, and Internet Marketing Industry. She has developed successful online presences for some of the fastest growing International Multi-Level Marketing companies by, utilizing her knowledge of online marketing and the MLM industry. She also specializes in helping start-up companies in configuring their new Firestorm MLM Software  system.

Adam Reynolds
Senior Programmer
As a valued member of our team, Adam specializes in creating and maintaining custom programming required by our clients. He is also responsible for developing and enhancing the capabilities of the Firestorm MLM Software system and performing maintenance programming on all aspects of the system.

Laurie Hinkle
Documentation Specialist
Laurie brings to the team may years of experience in developing technical documentation. She is in charge of all of our technical documentation creation and maintenance and also performs language translations for the Firestorm MLM Software system.

Vicki Reynolds
Accounting
Vicki is a valued member of our team, responsible for managing all billing and accounting for Trinity Software. She brings over 20 years of accounting expertise to our team.

Ruth Ann Uzzle
Administrative Assistant to the President
Ruth Ann is our receptionist and she provides support to our sales and customer service staff and handles administrative tasks for our office. She previously worked for American Airlines / Sabre Systems for 20 years, the last 14 holding the position of Sr. Joint Venture Analyst.
